Laura spoke to Padraig McGivney Cavan County Council about the upcoming Household Charge. Padraig explains what the charge is for and how it will go towards the delivery of Cavan County Council services. Padraig said the County Council provide up to Seventy services most of which are not well known to the public. Cavan Council Offices are open up to 5.00pm on Saturday to facilitate payment
